Two decades of AAC expertise
UBlok Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. was progressively built upon Shandong Yasheng New Building Materials Co., Ltd., founded by Chairman Mr. Zhao Yongxiang in 2003. We are a specialised company dedicated to the R&D, production, and application of leading Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels and blocks, autoclaved standard bricks, building unit walls, and energy-efficient building materials.
Today, UBlok operates 9 production bases across China with 18 production lines — including 12 AAC panel lines, 4 AAC block lines, and 2 autoclaved standard brick lines — along with a dedicated factory engineering company.
The company recycles over 2 million tons of industrial solid waste annually — including fly ash, slag, desulphurisation gypsum, tailings, carbide slag, and construction waste. As of 2025, cumulative waste recycled exceeds 19 million tons.
Our gateway to Southeast Asia
In 2025, the Group selected Malaysia as its first overseas destination — a land blessed with a stable economic environment, excellent infrastructure, and a thriving construction market. UBlok Malaysia was established to mark our pivotal step into global expansion.
As the Group’s core strategic hub for Southeast Asia, UBlok Malaysia embodies our vision of low-carbon, intelligent, and international development — delivering high-quality green building materials and integrated construction solutions for Malaysia and the wider region.
